Yes. Upgrade or downgrade any time from your workspace settings. Changes take effect the next billing cycle. Annual plans can be upgraded mid-term; the difference is prorated.
One connection equals one datasource. That can be a Postgres / MySQL / SQL Server database, or an ERP like Odoo / SAP / NetSuite (connected via API). The Growth plan supports two connections, Enterprise supports unlimited.
For direct database connections, Treeo queries live. For ERP-API connections (Odoo, SAP B1, NetSuite), Treeo syncs data on a schedule that depends on your plan: hourly on Scale, every 15 minutes on Growth, every 5 minutes on Enterprise.
Credentials are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM. Direct database connections keep your data inside your database. API-based syncs land in a dedicated mirror schema per workspace, encrypted at rest. Enterprise customers can opt for the Self-Hosting Add-On to deploy Treeo on their own infrastructure.
